CT NEMO Stormwater Assistance Program – This program provides invaluable information to Connecticut communities regarding the implementation of the current Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permit.
US EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) – The US EPA NPDES website provides information on the management of stormwater from multiple sources, such as MS4s, construction activities, industrial sites, and transportation systems, and provides tools and information for stormwater planning and management.
CT DEEP Stormwater Management – The CT DEEP Stormwater page provides information and resources related to stormwater permits and management in Connecticut.
Central Massachusetts Regional Stormwater Coalition (CMRSWC)- The Central Massachusetts Regional Stormwater Coalition was formed by a group of 13 communities working together to address municipal stormwater management. In 2018, the Coalition has grown to 30 member communities, most of whom are subject to the provisions of the MS4 stormwater permit. The CMRSWC website provides information, tools and resources valuable to municipal stormwater management.
University of New Hampshire Stormwater Center – The UNH Stormwater Center is “…dedicated to the protection of water resources through effective stormwater management.” The Center researches, develops and tests stormwater treatment systems in order to help the stormwater management community meet stormwater management challenges. National Municipal Stormwater Alliance – The National Municipal Stormwater Alliance or NMSA is “…a 501(c)(3) with state and regional members made up of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permittees. NMSA is devoted to supporting MS4 communities, helping them tackle stormwater challenges so that together we can achieve our vision of providing clean water for the nation.” This site provides a wide variety of MS4 support, including webinars, an MS4 resource page, and MS4 news.
